This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative and vibrant team in the heart of a modern organisation. Working to the Head of Internal Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering communication and engagement activities to support the transformation programme of Companies House. You will be able to bring the programme to life by connecting with people and using your creativity to inspire others.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Transformation Communication Lead will work in partnership with the Internal Communications Team and the Transformation change programme lead. You’ll shape and deliver a consistent narrative for Companies House ensuring our staff understand the value, importance and impact of @CH Change. This is an exciting and important role driving forward cultural change across Companies House. 

Main Duties 
• Work with key stakeholders including Senior Responsible Owners, Project Managers, Project Boards, Internal Communications and HR to develop narratives articulating to staff the value and impact of change and translating our vision into reality 
• Develop and deliver communications plans and engagement activities involving Companies House staff at all levels and in all locations in change 
• Providing key stakeholders with feedback and promoting the employee voice 
• Taking a coaching approach to lead and enthuse managers and others to embed the Transformational Change programme 

Key skills required 
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal– writing copy, plans, reports and creating engaging content 
• Creativity to inspire others 
• Plan, pilot and evaluate communication and engagement activities to achieve agreed objectives 
• Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• Commissioning content from other teams and individuals to tell the story of our change 
• You will be ready to challenge and use coaching skills to influence others 
• Excellent organisational skills 
• Experience of communicating change on a change programme, preferably a people change
