Employee Communications Advisor

We believe that we have a great opportunity for someone to join our Corporate Relations team.  As an organisation we have reflected about how we communicate and are now on a ‘step change’ journey.

This is a delivery role for our employee communications channels; how we create, improve and deliver content.  A lot of this will come from investigating our stories and then how we communicate these out to the right places.  We also have an ambition to become more digitally focused and a key part of this role will be to work on our intranet, social media like Yamma and create, edit and upload videos.  As there is a quite a bit of creativity in this role, it would be ideal if you have graphic design experience and some demonstrable digital experience.

We are looking for someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude and who is comfortable working in a transformational environment with some ambiguity as you won’t always have a list of things to do, you’ll need to be able to search things out for yourself, have an idea and go with it.  As this role covers our GB, International and PLC parts of our business you will have great exposure to people across at levels of hierarchy and different parts of the business.  To really enjoy the role, you will need to be comfortable initiating conversations, getting involved and meeting people.
