We’re looking for someone to raise the bar, a real plate spinner – fancy a challenge?
Just like our recruitment here at head office, we like our internal communications to stand out, be impressive and make a difference to the overall goals of the business. We could write a whole advert on how good it is to work for us (to be fair it’s pretty awesome), how we’re one of the industry’s leading companies to work for (we are) and fill the advert with cliché buzzwords like other internal communications adverts that you might see (let’s avoid the clichés) – we’re more interested in you!
You’d be joining the HR team at head office in Northampton and taking stock of our current internal communications strategy. What we have is good, but we’re not arrogant and we believe we could be better. There are various new systems, projects and growth all happening at once so there’ll be plenty to get your teeth into – there’s probably never been a better time to join a multinational company and really make a mark with your skills.
With plenty of tools at your disposal and whilst developing the framework for our communications strategy, you’ll be the key player in enhancing employee engagement through a multitude of internal methods, some current, some fresh, we want the ability to communicate with every single one of our employees, this is the XPO way and no one gets left behind.
No two CVs are the same, so we’d actively encourage you to apply if you have previously worked in internal communications, have a track record of improving a previous strategy elsewhere and believe you’re that out-the-box thinker that doesn’t fall in line with the industry average. If you want a platform to become a real expert here at XPO, we want to hear from you! #LI-DL1
