About the Team:

Our sustainability team, lead on embedding and execution of sustainability within O2 through employee engagement, partnership activations and partnering with the business.

Your Role:

In this exciting role, you`ll ensure that business has clear Blueprint objectives whilst providing the relevant support and engagement programmes to enable the teams to achieve those objectives and for each individual in the directorate to contribute.

Responsibilities:

Agreeing key objectives and related KPIs with directorates annually for 2018 – 2020 in partnership with Planning & Goals and the Partnership team

Supporting Directors and SLT in Directorates to develop and drive blueprint/Think Big tailored initiatives and external leadership activity

Agreeing annual engagement and implementation plans for directorate populations to bring Thing Big/Blueprint alive.

Supporting with Internal Engagement Campaigns like International Volunteering Week

Employing effective project governance to manage internal stakeholders.

Provide effective communications and reporting as agreed with key stakeholders.

Ensure all systems and processes delivered are fit for purpose

Skills & experience:

A proven track record in sustainability

.Educated to degree level.

Understanding/knowledge/experience of marketing in customer facing disciplines.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

The ability to influence and engage with senior managers and their teams.

Excellent presentation skills.

The mentality to proactively drive projects actions and schedule and plan critical tasks well ahead.

Volunteering or other sustainability activities would be an advantage
